Niall leads the global Jackson Lombard Group from a strategy perspective. He works in close partnership with our key accounts across the executive search industry. Niall has a market leading track record in leadership and fee earner hiring for tier one search firms across the globe. From his decade of experience in the industry, Niall closely advises clients on organizational design and market growth opportunities.
Niall enjoys nothing more than a round of golf at daybreak and is rapidly becoming a mediocre golfer. He is a proud owner of a one-eyed chihuahua and a miniature sausage dog and enjoys going for slow walks in the countryside.

As a Partner, James leads client engagements globally orchestrating senior level search mandates. James also drives new business development opportunities and leads the mergers & acquisitions capabilities for the wider Jackson Lombard Group. In his spare time, James can be found enjoying the great outdoors, often with a golf club and always with his dog, Ivy. James has a strong passion for wildlife and land conservation. A keen padel player, James is partial to trying new types of wine.

As a Partner, Tim drives the strategy and growth of all business lines within the Jackson Lombard Group. Additionally, Tim leads client engagements globally orchestrating senior level search mandates. Tim is an avid musician, footballer, and Sunday Roast enthusiast. Tim is a founding member of a London-centric Roast Club where he and his friends cast their eyes (and tastebuds) over a selection of the finest roasts the city has to offer.

Education: Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership & Management in Business from Coventry University, and is a Chartered Manager as accredited by the Chartered Management Institute.
Interesting fact: Tim has had numerous careers prior to executive search including playing in a band, playing professional level football and a formative stint in Financial Services.
As a Director, Dan leads delivery on specific mandates for key accounts while maintaining some relationships of his own. Dan spends the majority of his time across the North American market.
A keen hobbyist, Dan recently learnt to knit, aquascape, churn his own butter, and is giving growing vegetables a good go. A lover of the great outdoors and an average sportsman, he has completed a slow marathon and a triathlon.

As a Senior Consultant, Harry leads on delivery and execution with a number of key accounts for senior level search mandates. Harry also manages a number of his own accounts globally. Harry is a keen sportsman who spends his Saturdays playing football for Terrace United and Sundays hacking it around the golf course. Harry can also be found in parks across East London walking his dog, Totty.

As Head of Operations, Charlotte leads the human resources, finance, legal operations and overall smooth running of the wider Jackson Lombard Group. In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys travelling and keeping fit, her latest obsession being Reformer Pilates.

Laurence heads up the finance team, overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including payroll, management reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and more. His role ensures the smooth financial running of the organization and supports strategic decision-making.
Passionate about travel, having explored much of Asia, Laurence enjoys discovering new corners of the globe. A dedicated foodie, he can often be found experiencing new cuisines across London. A sport enthusiast, he enjoys staying active through football and running.

Tayiba supports the efficient running of monthly financial operations including preparing monthly revenue turnover, managing payroll, executing payment runs, and handling team inquiries.
Passionate about sports and proud to be a member of her local netball team, Tayiba is also involved with Amnesty and is a self-proclaimed Netflix connoisseur. As a dedicated foodie, she is always on the lookout for new restaurants and hidden gems to explore.

Ben is a father and husband with a passion for interior design and tableware. He keeps fit running with his dog and has never turned down a game of padel. He is always open to a challenge to raise money for worthy causes.
